1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following delivery options across the United Kingdom:

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted delivery partners:
- Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, DPD, and Evri.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
- Items excluded from returns are listed below (Section 3).
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Perishable items (e.g., food and beverages).
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Faulty or Damaged Items: Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original order and place a new order.
