Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following delivery options across the United Kingdom:

Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not ship internationally.
  • Stay tuned as we expand our delivery coverage.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners:

  • Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, DPD, and Evri.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.


Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
  • Items excluded from returns are listed below (Section 3).

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at returns@kokobase.co.uk to request a return authorization.

  2. Securely package the item and include your order number and contact details.

  3. Ship the item to:

  4. Retain the return shipment receipt for tracking purposes.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable items (e.g., food and beverages).
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original order and place a new order.
