Delivery Information

UK Orders

Once ordered and payment has been received, if in stock, your item(s) will be dispatched within one working day.

All packages are sent by DPD & UPS and DPD Tracked and are expected to arrive in 1-3 working days from dispatch date. Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands may take longer. And we also posting by the Royalmail 48/24 Tracking service. We will provide your tracking number by email and it can be found in your account orders section by clicking here.

Pre-orders

Due to a recent surge in demand we & our supplier have been running low on stock. As items sell out, they will become available for pre-order only, whilst we await a new delivery from our supplier.

Expected dates for arrival are estimates made by our supplier and may change. As updates are received all customers will be notified by email.

If a pre order product is ordered in the same order as an in stock product, we may await for all products to be in stock before your items are dispatched.

We apologise for the inconvenience and we hope to avoid these circumstances in future.

EU Orders

Once ordered and payment has been received, if in stock, your item(s) will be dispatched within one working day.

We no longer have restrictions on order value. However, if you wish to order more than £750 we will require your first order to be paid via IBAN.
